• App data: time off entries, continuing education entries, accomplishments, and related settings you enter.
• Technical data: basic logs used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

• To provide the service (saving entries, generating reports, and enabling access for invited users).
• To maintain security and prevent abuse.
• To improve reliability and usability.

Sharing

We do not share or sell your data except:

• When you explicitly export/share reports with diocesan administrators you authorize.
• When required by law.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and protect the service. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data retention

Your data remains in the app until you delete it or request deletion, subject to reasonable backup retention.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, but no system can be 100% secure.
